The development concept I have in mind is a website in which users can sign up and build their virtual computer. Essentially specifying all the stats and peripherals of the parts of their computer.
Some sort of valuation would then be made to rank each computer in the database by how powerful it is.
Additional Functionalities:
Possible integration with PHPBB.
Ability to categorize PCs as "For Sale by Owner" in a classified section
Additional personal information in users' profiles
Multiple PC listings per user
Sortable PC listings
Looking to spend around $75 for the completed script.
