Hello,
I am selling a custom PHP/MySQL content management system. It is hand coed by me from scratch and is built on reliable and flexible Zend Framework which means it fully utilizes MVC and other OOP design patterns.
This CMS offers many standard features such as content divided into post as pages (similarly as in Wordpress) and categorizied with categories (unlimited levels of subcategories) and tags. Comments are available too.
Other features include web syndication (both Atom and RSS), fulltext search, simple image uploading and gallery, priviledges based multi user access system, standards compliant XHTML and CSS markup, easy instalation and some more.
