Hello
I need modifications (or a redo) of a CMS I currently have (which was coded by another programmer). This will involve PHP, MySQL, and maybe some Javascript and/or XML (unlikely).
It needs to have a payment system via Paypal, statistics (page view count, unique visitors, etc..), email system, ability for visitors to add content (which is then approved or denied in the admin panel), ability to generate "flatfile" HTML/PHP pages, voting for popularity, search (with specified criteria), time functions (find user timezone, apply timechange to the dates displayed), image upload, and maybe an affiliates+testimonials+blog incorporation.
The site is http://www.millionmilestones.com, which I have designed using CSS and tableless layout. The winning programmer must be adept with CSS and DIVs, not in the sense of design, but to know how it is used in order to incorporate the layout in the script.
My current budget is limited (about $150), but I will gladly pay the programmer up to 20% of my revenue (up to a max of $1000) as soon as my site begins making money.
I would prefer to have the CMS pretty much redone, although you can use the current code and tweak it, as well as adding the extra features.
If you have any questions, don't be hesitant to ask.
