Hi folks,
Selling my pride and joy here. The meat and potatoes of my portfolio as a designer/xhtml coder. OSWD wouldn't list my designs because they were image-based, so I made my own template site! You are bidding on an established site containing some of my greatest designs for public download. More web sites use these designs each month. The public has been very satisfied with my work and one guy has even converted a layout to work with Wordpress and allowed me to put it up for download.
The templates on this site alone could be worth several hundred each, yet I have decided to release them free of charge. You could probably put up a couple cheap-o's and put a price tag on these and make some decent sales. I started this site over 6 months ago.

THE SPECS:
Layouts are coded to the highest standard on the web today.
XHTML/CSS is used with a traditional doctype for easiest consumer use.
I work in production for Pint, Inc. so you can rest assured I am educated on the latest standards.
7 Layouts - Designed by me, 6 of which are also coded by me.
The site is well-indexed by google and should continue to increase in rank as more people use the templates and backlinks are sustained.

Sadly I cannot claim nor prove any revenue for this site as I do not have ad channeling setup. Any smart developer will see the immediate value in ownership of this site.
This site could earn revenue in several ways:
- Affiliate links
- Template Sales (either featured templates or TemplateMonster program)
- Donations
However only one person has been kind enough to donate so far ($5).
Traffic Details:
The site receives steady international search engine traffic and has a great keyword rich name. I have not purchased adwords nor advertised the site but it has been linked to by many international blogs as shown in the referrer information. I have uploaded last months stats for you to see at the link below.
