CSS template needed, post your best price

Hey people,

I need a template for a basic site, so I can just add my content, imgs, adsense and logo to. I believe this would be CSS?

Please post or PM your price for this template (cheaper the better, I only need somthing basic as I am easily confused )

I'm confused as to what you are wanting. Do you have a design, but you need it coded? Or do you need a simple design made and coded then you add in your own content etc?

Sorry for the confusion, I need a basic HTML/CSS template that I can ad the content and stuff to. Not a PSD or similar that needs coding.
