CSS and Vector image

I need to make the front page of my site look clean and professional. I need CSS and a really nice 1 color vector graphic including my logo in it. This is just for one page of the site. The page i need the CSS and the graphic for is chickvenue.com I can give you examples of my competitors so you can get an idea of the style im looking for.
