Site looks great. When I looked at it I tried to put myself in the shoes of a user that has never been to your site and doesn't know what it is about.
With that in mind:
I don't see right off the bat what your site is about. My eyes skip from the logo, to "the rules" and "Let's go Keggin". Now me being the lazy user, I'm not going to read your rules, but I see a blank space to type so I go ahead and type soemthing in, I hit the "enter" button and nothing happens so I get disapointed and leave the site.

Now, coming from a someone who "gets it" I see what you are trying to do and it looks really good. The one thing that is missing is something under the jpegkeg logo that says "upload your photos to the keg" or something like that. Just a one liner to tell the "user" what they are doing on your site. Even "free image hosting" like I see in ie the tab would be helpful.
Also, I don't know what the "keg it" button does. I put in the image file name into the search space and hit enter and nothing happened, then I hit keg it and nothing happened. The "browse" button seems to work, but not the "keg it" button. If you could change the script so that if a user enters something and hits the "enter" key, either their file gets uploaded or a message pops up telling them what to do, you should retain more users.
Overall I would say you have a good name and a nice site, and with a few tweaks and the right promotion, you may do very well
