I am looking for a appraisal before I decide whether to sell, keep parked or develop.

Wow I can't believe you just have this page parked!

If I were you I would've tried to sell it when credit card debt and defaults were all over the news a year or two ago? However Im sure it hasnt lost much value. I'm no expert so I won't put any price tag on it... but with those earnings and how great those keywords are I'm sure it's into the thousand(s) range. Nice name..

Wow.. I wouldn't sell that domain, if those stats are real.......the potential is enormous.......Why sell the cash cow??...... This domain (again, if stats are authentic) could be earning you money until the day you die...

I have never had time to develop it and yes the stats are real as you can see in the attachment ... I am so swamped with my normal work and have just moved into a new hous that needs repairing that I thought I would get rid of it instead at the right price ...

I would sell a domain like this for at least 10 years annual revenue....I wouldn't settle for less for such a high PPC gem...
