Then you'd need the spanish version of CreditCard. Something like CartaDeCredit.com.co :bingo:

From everything I have read .COM.CO is still far more popular than .CO in Colombia.

Considering .CO is doing everything it can to distance itself from Colombia and rebrand itself gTLD, COM.CO could still be seen as the ccTLD for a long time.

CreditCard is the type of keyword with some value in almost any extension.

Here are some sales in other ccTLD where English is not the primary language.

CreditCard mx $212 Oct 09 Sedo
CreditCard be $2,205 Nov 07 Sedo
CreditCard se $7,479 Jun 04 Sedo

I would rather have this amazing term in .COM.CO than 99% of the garbage I have seen regged in .CO

Isn't it tarjeta de crédito ?

Good point, there are some countries where the third level is more restricted than the second, therefore more trusted.
Examples:
  • .ws is open but .com.ws is available to local companies only
  • In Japan .co.jp is restricted to local corporations and is used by prime companies like Sony. .jp does not have such restrictions.

If you look at other countries such as Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica, the third level registrations are still dominant.

I had the same doubts when i regged vip.nom.co which is way down the list of desirable cctlds i would imagine, but it was previously owned by a large company so i figured it was worth the $25.

If you have got an offer right now it will only get better, it is an evergreen keyword that you would only have to be a complete idiot to lose money on :)

Hold out for something a lot better :)
