Credit - is good keyword, but do you know, is it popular in Micronesia?
So, I can appraise reg fee or less (50-70$)

To be honest the keyword hardly fits the TLD. Unless you have some specific use/market niche in mind.
I would say reg fee, which should still be around $100 I guess (not so bad)
