This isn't a complaint. The sales amt was a relatively insignificant $100, and I'm posting for the purpose of passing along information about this oddball transaction and the anatomy of how it fell through.
The offer for CustomWebsite.biz had been received and accepted through Sedo. The buyer wired the payment and I initiated the inner-registrar transfer, (push) to the buyers account. A couple of days later, I receive this email from Sedo:
Sedo response:
A couple of days later, I check out my offers in my Sedo account and see that the transaction for customwebsite.biz had been cancelled by Sedo. Go figure!

I responded that I did not own ufx.net, that customwebsite.biz had been picked up as a drop and that the redirect must have not been removed by the previous owner. The buyer initially wanted to buy ufx.net not customwebsite. You are redirecting ufx.net to customwebsite. Do you wish to sell this one?
Sedo response:
The essence of my response:Right! Ok, I will have to tell the buyer. He will probably no longer want to the buy the domain.
I don't understand how the buyer could have arrived at the customwebsite.biz, domain for sale page, make an offer from that page, setup an acct w/ the current registrar and than have assumed he was making an offer for another domain name.
