CpanelHelpDesk.com - Trademark Issues??

Well I reg CpanelHelpDesk.com and was wondering what you all thought about the possible trademark issues with this domain... If you go to Cpanel.net and look towards the bottom of the page you will see another company with Cpanel in there domain name....So it looks like to me if you are an authorized distributor of cpanel you can use the Cpanel name in your domain name as BuyCpanel.com is doing....What do you think?

It's one thing to infringe on a mark, it's another if you have a legitimate use
or aren't using the domain in bad faith.

Have you checked any trademark database for any existing marks?
