where can i get this script free? or for $$

a script that does this:

1. allows users submit contents but need to be verified by webmaster
2. admin can set up categories and subcategories
3. a search function of contents that have been posted
4. sent email to users

i have seen some around ...but lost the url!


or can someone code this? should be quite simple for a pro coder!

Free portal scripts like Mambo or Xoops can do those things, unless you don't want to build a brand new site.

i dont think mambo has a search button or a submit box

i need something like " a guest book" sort of thingy but want the function/ability to search within the submited contents
