The owner did not sell the domain and is holding out for more
I was going to bid 5k but I did not know what the reserve was so I refrained because I did not wan't to bid it up.
He reportedly had a $15K offer, so I'm sure the reserve was higher than that.
Officially the highest was $4,550.00 at 15k he would be an idiot for not selling.
A year from now covfefe will mean nothing.
Yup, should have taken $15k and been happy.
Should of taken it and ran will be stuck soon enough much lower.
That's assuming the bids were real.
It already means nothing. The hype lasted a week and now its already forgotten. I dont live in the states so maybe its different there.
Oh well. Lol
Whatever he sells it for I am sure will still be more than reg fee.
I wish the owner all the best with the negotiations & ultimate sale
$15,000 and he didn't sell? Idiot meter on high.
Humans are greedy by nature, so I kind of understand why he refused the $15k offer. Who knows, he might receive a better offer, or he might wish that he accepted the $15k.
owners domain, owners choice
The site is now selling via cafepress it looks like. Not sure if it was before or not.
I am sure he is making money off of it and if he can make more than $15k in the next few months he is far better off holding onto it.
Difference between domaining and buying, selling and operating profitable websites.
Edit: auto correct on phone, ugh.
Yet, he is listing the domain on Flippa and not the website. If he could make more than $15k in a few months, It would make more sense if he listed the website on Flippa, and not the domain only. If he listed the website on Flippa while showing proves that he is making big profit of it, he would easily get more than $15k offers.
It's a crock.... on a lot of the merchandise he did not even spell covfefe correctly.
Besides 15k is hearsay and speculation.... officially the highest bid was $4,550 USD
What's special of covfefe.com
HaHa... oh man you're in for a treat.
Check it out....
or covfefe .com.au
I don't even know what covfefe is, or means....
I'll have to get out more.
it was a misspelling for 'coverage'
Am I the only one who hasn't bothered to look at the site?
No idea what it means, and can be bothered checking it out....
Separate names with a comma.
