.tv Cost of selling a premium .TV

would appreciate some help in my understanding.

If I find a buyer for a $500 premium name which expires March 2008:
- I have to pay DM $500 for the transfer
- the buyer has to renew latest March 2008 also for $500

Anything else? (Apart from 'the renewal prices are “subject to change.”' but won't be changed saga.)

Thanks Argos. Tried to get Verisign to confirm this last year but was left with the assumption. Glad to hear I was mistaken.
