I think the .me extention doesn't fit very well with this word, so I doubt someone would decide try to compete with this domain with the .com, net, or even .us

Anyway this is a good keyword and someone could be interested after all, so I'd say $300 - $800 range

Just my 2 cents, I hope your domain worth much more
