domain Corteingles - 15 uniques day - 3NP$ appraisal

Hi, i have the domain www.corteingles.com.es
The domain its parked at sedo, and with no adverts and not listed for sale gets around 15/20 uniques per day and average its growing.
In just 2 days got 10 unique hits.

I think most of the visits comes from misspelling of www.elcorteingles.es that is one of the biggest europe online stores.
I asked an spanish lawer and told me there is no TM issues because the store name and trademark its "El Corte ingles".
If you dont understand spanish, the term "El" its like in english "The" so, its many time left behind and people try direcly "corteingles"

Well, any appraisal will be welcome.
I dont know if develope or sell it.
If so, both options, what do you think i can sell it for?

Well, Overture results for the month of October show that Corte Ingles was searched only 1811 times. If you search "corteingles" on google you get 40,100 results and if you search " corte ingles" you will get 2,870,000 results. Based on these results the domain is a low XX, undeveloped, IMO.

I would agree. Most mispellings do not get high buck. It would be interesting to know what your ad revenue would be. Without knowing that, I would reiterate the low xx appraisal. If you are getting $35 in adversing revenue, then my appraisal would be mid xx.

Most domains that just try to stay alive from typos don't last long. It could maybe go for some good money to some one in that area for an end user. All though I doubt just the unique hits would be enough to sell to a reseller. Good luck though.
