After a few searches of large corporation .mobi I've noticed that some are actually available, after doing my research I've found out that my law they can only obtain this site from me if I place anything inapporpiate on the site that would give their trademark a bad name. With that said, I do not plan to post anything but a for sale sign on the site. My question is, if the risk is worth the reward, What would be a resonable price to ask of the corporation.

so you are going to reg corp names and hope to sell the name to the corp? I hope you have a good lawyer. Please do the mobi community a favor and pick another domain extension.

I don't believe you are reading the law correctly. Any use of bad faith can get a domain taken away from you. Just look at the case a couple months ago over in England. Parents bought their child Narnia.mobi so he could have an email address using that name. It was taken away and they weren't even trying to sell it or take business away from the corporation.

The first time you get taken to court and it's found out that you own 100 .mobi domains that are all trademarked, you may as well consider yourself screwed and out of $1,000 you used to register those domains.

Domainswi, educate yourself about domain squatting and domaining in general -- you clearly have a lot to learn, if you have any desire of saving yourself a lot of money and hassle.
