The extension kills this one. I would say mid to high $xx with .COM. But reg fee on the .NET. IMO.

Its category killer domain. Even its .net I would say high XXX to low xxxx
But, try to develop. It will increase the domain value

Thank you for all your feedback. Any ideas on how to develop and monetize? I can approach different corporate hotels and advertise their banners? Or I could be a "search engine" that checks availability of rooms in hotels with price. Any other ideas?

The exact search of this keyword was 2.4K few months ago and now it is less than 500. Why such a huge difference?
