General Room is generic enough that is can be branded to multiple markets and that does increase the value somewhat so I would say it's probably worth $xx to a reseller and $xxx to the right end user.

I like the name, mid $xx or mid $xxx to end user. Finding an end user just depends on how must time you spend looking for one imho. Do you have a store or website you can post your domains for sale?, or a parking page? I am constantly looking for end users, sometimes it comes easy and sometimes it can be extremely difficult :td: Just depends on the market and sometimes plain luck imho. Good Luck!
