I am selling my adult oriented site.. a video vixen & hip hop models blog.

SEO:
I get around 1000-2000 uniques per day, it has been on the rise of late. I have had this site operational since November 2006 and have owned the domain since 1998. I have done numerous link trades with niche related sites and have gained targeted traffic for the urban/ethnic audience.
I rank in the top of the SERP's for some pretty good keywords as well.
#2 for Video Vixens and #4 for Hip Hop Models notably.

I could make way more if I hosted the pictures and implemented britepic under the AVN affiliate, however this would also raise my server costs and I didn't want to do that... So if server costs aren't an issue for you that is a feasible option to squeeze out some more juice from this site.
