Looking for appraisal or advice on this domain I got a while back.

CordCuttingCable.com

I am wondering if I should sell it now or do you think there will eventually be a demand for these types of domains and I should sit on it and maybe even develop a niche site out of it?

What sort of niche does this fall under? Are there active businesses within that niche? And if yes, what sort of value do the businesses have?

Maybe there's something I don't know about, (is there a cable that can and does cut cord?) but one of the two words seem to be redundant:
"Cord Cutting Cable" either Cord OR cable imo
CordCutting, CableCutting, CuttingCable, etc
