domain Copywriting.solutions : Appraise Please.

Hi friends,
Let me be honest with my thought. I don't know why but I feel my domain copywriting.solutions can sale somewhere between four to five figures. I am considering to sell it on flippa. Few weeks back I saw a domain called airfare.to sold for a whopping $4000. Of course the seller was very skillful. What intrigued me is that 'to' extension stands for "Tongo" and renewal fees alone $10, 0000 per year. Still it sold for high. Compared to that my domain seems much better.
Domains with Solutions extension such as cause.solutions, because.solutions and few others have been sold for five figure.
What do you think guys?

May be it is better to wait.

Those are EAP sales, sold by the registry. It is not really the same.

They own all the terms and some people were willing to pay an absurd amount of money for a handful. That is like winning the lottery.

I don't see much value. The overall interest in new gTLD has probably gone done since those sales as well.

@bmugford thanks for your answer. I am aware of the fact of direct registration. What should I do sell the domian? It should sell for good amount though it may not go for four figures.

If I may, just go and contact targeted companies which would benefit from this domain and accept any offer.
