Convert layout to CSS/tableless/compliant

I am paying $150 to the first person to deliver this layout: http://www.ianag.com/arcade/ completely table less AND standards compliant.

needed are 3 pages:

I will put it all into the gamescript template system. I actually have a completely new version of the script with a brand new codebase I'm preparing right now so if I can launch it with a layout that is easier to quickly customize it would really help.

I still need this done. There was somebody who promised me it would be done on Saturday morning when I NEEDED it! 2 days later after rejecting his work and telling him it wasn't even close to being right I'm asking for a PROFESSIONAL.

If you're from India, I don't want to hear from you! This was the last straw of giving people from India a chance but its always too much work trying to explain things to them. They just don't seem to get it!

I have a LOT of other work for anybody who can prove to be good.
