debate Controversial domains are worth more or less?

Most of you probably know some controversial domain names.
For example:
"penisland" Almost no one reads this as the owner intended "Pen island"
"therapist" - the same situation
There is many, many more of similar examples.
And here I came to the question. Are controversial domains worth more or less than market average? How do you think?

Well they certainly get some good free publicity. I had one some time ago - Girl's cat.com - without the quote and the space of course. I let it go though, as it seemed to get banned everywhere for some reason.
