Contest length...

Howdy,

So, I wanna start running "monthly" contests but I'm not sure how long the contests should run... generally speaking.

For example, I need some new buttons so I'm thinking about having a contest but wonder if I can run the contest to the end of the month or should I just run it for a couple weeks? I'm concerned about people's attention span... ya know? :blink:
