Hard to tell what a enduser is willing to pay.
You can´t use it for a blacklist because the risk is high there will be legal effects in my opinion.
So there aren´t so much options for what you can use it.
But I would buy it and wouldn´t have a problem to develop it with some helpful info about ruthless content thieves and how to fight back.

They could use this domain name to give informations anything related to copyright and content theft (and also advertise the services)..

I cant decide on this. I keep flipping on how I would use the domain. I like it but Im not sure on the sale price. I wanted to comment because I own nearly the polar opposite domain Content Creator. I think your looking at mid to high xx reseller and low xxx end-user.

This one is very hard to pin a number on. This isn't a lucrative market. If you had, say, UsedCars.com then you'd have ppl who make a load of money selling used cars wanting this domain. But who would want yours is a big question. It wouldn't be necessarily any good for monetary gain... one would only really buy this for an information site. Unless they had sponsors, I couldn't see this domain making much of anything. Well... it can be argued that lawyers would want this. I could see that, I suppose: Lawyers explaining the theft & offering their legal council to those affected. If a lawyer bought this, you might see over $10,000. But if you sell to anyone else... it could be as low as reg fee. I know you won't like this appraisal but: a domain is worth what ppl are willing to pay for it. Lawyers might pay big for this while the non-legal types might not be willing to pay much for it. It's a grand toss-up.

Keep us updated After all my years of experience, this domain is one of the few that really piques my interest. I'd love to see how much you can sell it for

LOL here is the update already, i thought before i go on the enduser hunt i should submit to bido and guess what it has been accepted (at no reserve price), let the market decide, hope i will not take a loss (bought it off another domainer, but will keep the purchase-price secret).
personally i think and feel it will fetch low $x.xxx at bido (if not more), call me crazy

Very nice name, content theft is getting worse by the day, I know the adult industry is getting nailed hard thats for sure.

I havnt heard of too many such services except for RemoveYourContent .com which caters to the adult industry. Ideal domain for such a site, mainstream and/or adult.

I agree with Randy, I think this is a winning name.

Create a blog about recent content theft / plagiarism / brand protection cases, and monetize it through affiliate programs for companies that provide these kind of services (check CJ or Linkshare, Google Aff Network)...

High $xx, or easy mid XXX if developed somewhat.
