Hey guys! I've posted about this before but I was lazy and then "things" happened. I registered this domain '85 as an IT student and briefly used it for an online marketing firm, but otherwise I've just sat on it. I've been getting A LOT of unsolicited offers, and I'm trying to get a ballpark idea of what it's worth, and more so, if it's worth investing in a professional appraisal.

Interesting domain. While it is not the most positive term, there appear to be several potential end users using the term as a brand.

It is a highly recognizable single word .COM. I am not sure if the timing now makes it better or worse.
It would probably be a better branding term outside of an active pandemic.

I think it is worth low $XX,XXX+ to an end user.

As far as an appraisal service, it is largely useless. Domain values are too subjective.
It will not help a domain sell at all.
