I think it is a good domain name and you should develop something interactive with it about conact lens solution. Eye care is popular and people like informative websites especially from specific domain names.

As far as a value mid xxx's without development.

What I typically do is get a couple free appraisals from Estibot and Nameboy. Now NameBoy is quite high on some domain names, so what I do is take both Estibot and NameBoy and add both appraisals then divide by 2 that should give you a more accurate value. I've compared this method from actual professional appraisals and it is pretty close to what they say. I'm sure some may differ, but that is what I do and I've sold domain names based on this method.
