7. AdSense Control- Sites should include the control of AdSense account.

8. Buying range- $1k to $100k (More if the website is really having good potential)

9. Revenue requirements- at least $750 with the combination of affiliate or AdSense

10. Buying Strategy- Can pay in the multiple of 12-24 Months revenue
