The .com is parked, so not much happening in the development sector for the geo term. I also noticed that other small town/city Texas .net geos have been selling in the $50 to $200 range the last 2 years. I don't see why yours couldn't sell in the same range as the others. Alternately, you could develop yours before anyone develops the .com and try to boost value that way.
