I assure you there was no preferential treatment. Only a certain number of my domain names fall under the "$10,000+" category by way of Sedo's automated valuation. Connect was one of them.

I find (imho) that the automated valuations tend to fall on the highly conservative side. It's always nice when you list a domain at Sedo and the valuation comes back at $10K+. It's almost like a reassuring wink which says, "You've done well."
