.coms with low OVT. Worth it?

I have a list of .coms with low OVT (I'm talking xx to low xxx here) that I haven't regged. They arent bad names, but their low OVT keeps me from regging them.

Is it always worth it, regging such names? Do they sell easily in the reseller market?

Even high OVT does not guarantee traffic. Unless it's in the thousands I wouldn't bother with the names. But you can still taste them for up to 5 days then decide.

I love low ovt .com's, there are mostly no competition at the search engines, and you would likely get most traffic if you made a ministe.. Such site can bring xxx $ / year if developed right, and if you are able to make many of these.. You do the math.
