I feel like I should answer all those questions as the sub-forum states...

Any comment / appraisal would be great to hear!

Thanks,

Dino

I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole. They don't go togethr and doesnt sound right
Dell won't be happy, I would ask for refund if possible. Sorry no value
The more you learn, the more you will earn.
Domaining is more than putting 3 words together. Check domain name sales at http://www.dnjournal.com/domainsales.htm
Spend lots of time reading the boards here, this where I learned most of my stuff
And 5 years later I am still learning

TM problems, the domain is worthless.

I value your input, thanks on it!
I cannot ask for refund since some time has passed from the date or purchase.
As for the TM, I did list it at Afternic.com and they didn't have any problems listing it. As for Sedo, they did contact me stating how it is related to TM and couldn't list it.

What advice could you give me to get rid of this domain?

Since it's at GoDaddy you can personally delete the domain from your account.

There's a specific Delete button on the Domain Details page, or find the option under "More" from the domain manager page.

I see. Are there any side effects if I just leave it hanging there at GoDaddy?
