Since so much of domaining involves the internet and computers, I wonder what everyone in this community has to say about protecting your computer. For example, I try to keep up with patches, use Firefox with noscript running, avoid any strange emails (phishing scams) and try to use the best Virus/Spyware protection, for that I use ZoneAlarm.

What security tips, software suggestions and other means to protect our digital assets do you have for the community? Thanks!

i have tiney personal firewall, i do weekly routinary trojan/malware check, i use crap cleaner before i log off, i have spybot and winpatrol as well.
