You might want to give those to Walmart to avoid problems. You could risk parking them but...

so what i am wondering is if they are likely to jsut go after me or to give me a letter saying, hey asshole give em up or...you are going to pay us money for the rest of your life...

You can try the Bazaar, but given it's mostly a resellers market there, you may not have any luck selling TMd names there. You may want to consider just dropping them. I doubt you're making much in PPC if anything on them anyways.
