Is there a way to completely restart a movie in Flash? i am an uber noob when it comes to actionscript and im just learning. ive made a game where a square chases ur character around until you hit it, increasing the speed as time goes on. ive gotten the time to work with the getTimer() function. i want to completely restart the movie otherwise the timer just keeps going and completely messes up all the timings.
or, is there a way so that i can get the time since the frame started rather than the whole movie?
