I am not selling any templete here. I am just giving the installation servises of the application with skins and many modules.

I am providing the services for only installation of this web portal. There is no restriction for that in end-user-agreement. I am niether claiming that it is written by me nor that it belongs to me. It is only a service for those who do not know the language and cant install that as a website.

More as I know that portal and its language, I can easily customize it to fit for ones specific needs which otherwise may be a hectic job for a someone new to that.
