Afternoon everyone...noob to the board here. Was wondering about .COM vs .INFO...

What are your thoughts on the .info domain? Many people describe them as spam domains and say to stay away.

Here's an example - BuyOrangeJuice.Com - is registered already however the .info and .net are available.

Strictly for parking, are they worth it? Or should I try to stick to .com's only?

Any and all thoughts appreciated!

Parking works best with type-in domains, and .info is not an extension that will get a lot of type-in. So for pure parking stay away IMO. I would stick with .com or strong ccTLDs like .co.uk, .de, .fr etc.
I think .info is a nice extension for certain types of domains like geodomains. But it is pretty weak and does not carry the same weight as more established extensions like .com/.net.

I agree .INFO is good if it's developed. A minisite will do at least to get some traffic through search engine results.

.com then .org. Forget the rest, including .net.
