domain .com.ua (ukraine) Please help determine value!

Hi all,

I want to get an opinion on .com.ua tld (the most common ukraine tld)
for domains like i.e newyork.com.ua, diamonds.com.ua and/or 1word .com.ua in russian/ukraine language i.e lyubov.com.ua (love.com.ua)

i believe com.ua doesnt have much. The registration itself seems to have several restrictions including trademark /territory etc. Probably thats why best domains are left out. Even if you get one, the chances of selling it is limited, as the registrar policies are too restrictive.
