Hi i have found a website which offers .com registration for new customer at 99rs only.I have used the site and it really works i registered one .com domain here.Here is the link if someone wants .com for 99rs https://www.ewallhost.com/aff.php?aff=177 .

That last point is a huge problem for most domain investors. I'm not even sure if this is legal/allowed by ICAAN but there it is.
Also, the offer is available directly on the website as well (but we can use the AFF ID to help OP )

No thanks, no need for this. Locking domain is morally not good and users should avoid this.

Register domains at Dotster more than one and you can transfer it after 60 days.
