Which is better to have (more valuable) com.co or net.co

I saw that software . com.co sold for 20,000

You don't want .net.co unless you are a Colombian ISP.

.com.co is the historical extension for Colombia, before registration under .co was allowed. Presently the registry encourages .com.co for use within Colombia, and .co for international use.

a .com.co domain name would be useful only for a colombian company, and as sdsinc say, a .net.co maybe only for a colombian ISP, but even here in Colombia those extensions are not very popular, most companies here buy the .com instead of the .com.co

I'm not sure, but anything.co looks incomplete to me, I usually type the extra "M" before noticing it was a .co domain name (but maybe that's just me )

.co is considered as gTLD by Google. I don't know about .com.co, then why don't you go with another rarely used by ccTLD called .com.bz (Belize)? It's also treated like gTLD (.tv, .me, .co) by Google. I own a very premium name under that ccTLD FREE.COM.BZ which has few testing pages I created and its working very fine like .com TLD in google serps. .BZ is technically supported by Affilias Registry so its more stable than other 200 ccTLDs. try out.
