Proxy registering .com.br is very expensive unfortunately. I am brazilian, and if somebody without a physical presence in Brazil is interested in registering .com.br names on a constant basis and is willing to work something out with me, maybe we can fill in this gap. Although I never registered before for third parties here, I am sure it can be worked out safely for both parties. Just PM me.
