Yeah.

BUT! You should look into possibly making a pay-per-post forum (be sure to do a lot of research before doing it), and see how it goes. I could see something like that working really well for the name. Best of luck with it! :)

Hi Lenon.

It's value as an undeveloped name platform is little to nothing (I caught RecipeBarn.com off drop earlier this year), however, these are the sort of names that make for very nice little brands, once developed. If your intent was to buy this name and resell it, it might not have been a good purchase, however, it's a great brandable name for an online coin shop, etc.

Again, if you plan on trying to flip it, it might not pan out, but if you bought it to actually use, you did good.

Thanks,
I'm thinking of a site where people can discus and trade coins. Also with on online store to sell coins and coin supplies.

If you're developing it out, let me know. I'm a coin collector myself; this year, the hand-reg drop I got most excited about was probably iNumismatics/com. Also got Numismatic/Books/com from drop this year. Be careful- this is a pretty competitive space with a lot of the real estate already covered, but there are a few niches. CoinBarn seems to lend itself best to a sales type site.

Don't fall into the domainers-trap of buying abstract, brandable type names with some distant development notion, but deep down, you know you really aren't going to develop it and are just hoping for resale. If you want to resell names, these usually aren't the best types for that purpose.

I hate to think about how much development you would have to do before two guys are comfortable enough to trade coins on your site.

Coin supplies are folders and little plastic cases, not much else

Develope a specific nice logo, write up some content, get a site up and try to hustle it on to a farmer coin guy if you have to. Goodluck
