Coding Layout

I need some help coding a layout i have made, i dont have time to do it myself.

I can pay $5-$10 for basic coding, this includes coding from start based on the images i send you.
If you want the job pm me or write here, i want some proof on good coding knowledges first, give me a example site you have made.

Thnx for comments 170designs, i made most of the coding myself, got some time over before yesterday

And a guy helped me with some small things and got $5 for it, so this job is fullfilled!
