22K exact monthly searches in Google,and 132kresults in Google.The niche knows several domain sales in the near past.I appreciate your input.

OK.I will take it like a man.I was wrong,and I learned something from you and I have no problems with the fact that I APOLOGYZE.End of issue.I guess I bought a $30 domain with 22K of searches.
I must confess that the niche was absolutely new for me and I was ignorant of its names and parameters which you tried(in vane at the beggining) to explain me.I was wrong and arrogant and I know that.I am not perfect but I am able to recognize when I was wrong.Thanks and good Luck.

allright, no problem....

and this is also important: don't always trust google keyword tools results, i have had really strange results like [300.000] EXACT searches for something which could not be true. no one have had searched for that term, not even 100 people worldwide.
there are sometimes mistakes in the Google Keyword tool.
