Right it seems everybody is emailing very low quality domains and quoting outrageous prices. So to save some time. I want you to know the following.

I won't buy brandable domains! I can reg them for free.
I know my market so if you trying to sell a $10 domain for $500 save my Inbox the hassle.
Any domains names you have for sale must at least have over 2000 exacts on google when the keyword tool is set to united kingdom.
If you have a good domain with a reasonable price I will give you a fair price. If you think you can squeeze me you will be wasting your time.
