My eyes -> $ $

Careful not to violate trademark!

PS. I'm not stalking you. Honest :)

If it's parked, be careful that there are no ads being displayed for casinos. Just because you own a domain similar to a big company doesn't mean they want to/have to pay you for it. They could take it through UDRP. Really depends on the circumstances.

Oh and they don't necessarily need to have a TM either to go the UDRP route.

i usually don't park names with ads
- which i am afraid there would be a TM
and
- my asking price is higher than a UDRP cost.
if the UDRP cost is higher than my asking price, the TM holder would pay me and buy the name insted of going for the UDRP Court ;)

That's the theory but they might still go after you on principle.

Guys.... Thank you very much for you suggestions. I'm afraid to have TM Violations... My intention is not cybersquotting, and I don't want to have this kind of problem.
After my purchase I've discoverd that.
Oh my god no.... I was happy and now I'm afraid :(

PS: In parking page there is not casino refernce, only mobile/phones ads.

No need to be afraid- just be careful what you do with it if you don't want to lose the domain.

I wanto to write them and ask to them if they are interesting in my domain.
But after this I suppose not contact them.
But, after many words, are we sure w888 is TM? Exist one site to check if it is really TM?

They don't need to have a TM. They could get you on registering a name you have no interest in, with bad faith and confusingly similar name.

If you want to contact them to see if they want to buy it then don't be greedy. Price it so it just makes sense for them to snap it up and move on.

Thanks @Wannabean , suggestion about the price to ask them (1000$ are high)?
If I'm not interesting about it, and my intentions are bad faith and confusingly with similar name are just suppositions.
Maybe the solution is develop it. This would demonstrate I'm interesting in this domain name because I develop a project.

Good idea to develop if you want to hold it. I'd probably shoot lower than $1000 if you want to sell. More like $300. Make it really simple for them.

Unfortunately contacting the casino to sell your domain could be considered bad faith and some of your earlier posts would indicate this too. Remember this is a public thread and the casino can see what's been posted here with a simple google search.

Best of luck and remember if you do sell, and there is no privacy agreement, post it here!

Sit and wait and be patient.

Because it's short and it's an L888 it has value just for that too.

And yes don't park it with casino ads.

The CCC category must have been recently added to 111.co, along with a NNNNNN.co chip category.
I didn't notice those before.

I think LNN, NNL, LLN and NLL will get value in .co for Chip combinations. Especially double letters or double numbers, and Chinese city codes, or other special meanings and special numbers.

I had a $100 offer for a LNN.co that ended in '88'.

For successful UDRP 2 things need to be in place:

1) that - "registering a name you have no interest in"
and
2) actual use in inproper way.
Also they would have to prove that own the rights on the name, so TM is necessary.
I've never heard of Chinese trademark holders to actually beat someone in UDRP case, usually it goes the other way, like with those casinos of NNN/NNNN owners, that were sued by Las Vegas brands for abuse.

The worst what can be expected, is that they won't buy your domain, UDRP for v888.co? I don't think so.

I would strongly recommend against contacting the TM holders directly. Just sit on the domain until they come to you, and at that stage you can assess the options. You're inviting trouble if you contact them. If holding becomes too stressful after a year just drop the domain.
