LLL.co CHIPs cleared $600+ effective 48 hours ago! Best news for me. I bought 4 6 months ago just out of curiousity and another 6 non-chips. Best investment I ever made I guess :) More than 5x the money in half a year!

Today I sold the last of my LLLL.co (well, almost, left myself a few best ones like JCCC or GGMM)
Now, since I know the universe likes to mock me, I expect them to shoot to $50+

I still have some LLLL.info left but other than that I'm done with "chinese inspired" buyouts. I don't think there's much left to register that would give guaranteed 300%+ profit.

I think for most 2015 will be remembered as the "oh, god, why didn't I invest in xxxx when I could :'(" year.

I think .co is finally picking up because it looks so close to .com
So maybe after .com it should be .co that gets highest prices, not net, org, info and others. Simple but makes sense.

Everything I've sold in last two months has gone up in price a short while after.

These are on auction now at Godaddy, 8 to 9 days left. 9777 has the highest bid so far, sitting at $620.

Will be a good test to see how super premium NNNN.co do.

9777.co
2333.co
7779.co
8777.co
7666.co
5559.co

LOL, I've been waiting for the buyout since October so I'm ready to move on - patience is not my strong suit.
Plus it's nice to have more $ for new purchases.
bluebox is my only personal .co pusher ;)
:P I think I was one of the first people crazy enough to believe that 4L.co buyout is possible.

Sold here - price range $10-30 but mostly $15-25 in bulk.

I don't think CVCV it will have much reseller value - on the other hand they have more end users than CHIPs. I had an offer on Sedo for one of my CVCV (lowball offer)

What will you buy now??

As far as CHIPs are concerned I prefer to get the "pre-buyout" stuff. And I think anything that could have bring guaranteed 3x+ return is already taken - all that's left is long numerics, 5L, short names in some obscure extensions.

Personally I'm back to buying names that actually have end user potential - for example when investing in LLL.co I think ikn is better than yxw (even though CHIPs has better resell price currently)
I just bought naxdotco for $150 - I would choose something like this over LLNN.com or 4N.co.

Personally I think the second half of this year will be brutal and the "Chinese" bubble will pop - people with hundreds/thousands of names (numerics and 3-4 letter names in various extensions) will try to sell some before renewals, some lazy people will dump them in big batches on auctions from $1, overall it will lower the base price on everything, people will start to panic, create threads that the (CP) "end is nigh", more will try to sell and eventually everything will come crashing down.
LLLL.net, 6N, LLL in popular extensions (co or info) will survive but crap like 97220.info, 2388.ch or ccqyn.com will be hard to sell even for a reg fee.

Of course it's just my personal opinion, I could be wrong.

Well I guess you don't want to see everything you just sold double or triple in value.

Second half of Feb will show if China is strong again or not. Global economy seems shaky right now.

But there is a lot of money chasing domains still...

I would love to sit and wait for the prices to rise but every day I see a lot of names I would like to get (I try to only spend the money I have from other sales).
I love buying domains - holding them is much less exiting ;)

by the way

~14% 5N.co with "4" taken
2 weeks ago there were just 4% taken

it means ~4000 domains taken

.co has really been picking up strength in 2016.

Just received the first request for quite random 5N.co via e-mail B-)
