This could truly be a big competitor to .COM (especially being a "typo").
I would say with proper guidance .CO could REALLY have a bright future!

I dropped several of my german .co including:
Wohnung.co (apartment)
Wohnungen.co (apartments)
Anlagen.co, Geldanlagen.co (investments)

IMO it's better to stick to English and Spanish keywords with this extension. I was eyeing Kasino.CO, but then decided not to grab it.

BTW I grabbed only these 2 .COs this year, Backgammon and BnB.

Normally, I'd agree, but the very first two offers I got on Sedo for .CO were on German .COs. I like to diversify - but in general, yes, unless people have a very good sense of the language and the buyer's market, it's safer to stick to English terms.

You tell me. Since you registered the domain, did you get any traffic. Use Google Analytics to check your incoming/outgoing traffic.
